SHIPPING DELAYS POSSIBLE

Hi, due to current circumstances there may be a delay shipping orders but I'll try to keep you notified in due course. Otherwise, orders should be despatched within 2-3 days. -Dan

If you need to return an item you must please notify us first.

Ordered the wrong item?
No problem! You have 14 days to notify us of your intention to return the item and we just ask this is done in a timely manner.

You need to pay the return shipping and should also make sure the parcel is protected sufficiently as you are responsible for it's safe return. The product should include all original packaging. If the packaging is damaged we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

We can arrange and be responsible for return shipping at your cost if you'd prefer.

Please mark the returns number clearly on the parcel.

Please remember to purchase a sufficent level of cover / compensation for your delivery as we cannot be held responsible for damage in transit. We'll redeliver the correct item as soon as the original is received back.

Did we deliver the wrong item or is the parcel damaged or faulty?
Firstly, we're really sorry this has happened! Please submit a return request with the relevant details and we'll sort this out straight away. We'll issue you a Collect+ consignment label for the parcel which you can then drop off at your local designated collection point.
